Update: 26/08/2014 - thanks to Champion-0f-Kirkwall I decided to finally release this helmet for anyone who wants to use it. Updated the picture as well to show sides as well as the back and front. Added a reflective map to the visor too.
Feels odd coming back to it since this was my very first meshmod but I'm glad it turned out the way it did.

So I'm making something for someone and they requested a helmet similar to one from Halo so this mesh came about. Took some time to do. But I like it and may in fact use it for one of my OC's I'm planning on making. Yes the top is the top bit of a Krogan head.
She wanted it similar to this: faqsmedia.ign.com/faqs/image/a…
So the above is what came about from my imagination when looking at that helmet. So I have to thank Spiritstrike91 as this wouldn't have come around otherwise.
if anyone would like to be able to use this in XPS just tell me and I'll put up a link. But if I do upload the link and you use it please remember to credit me.

Permissions outside XPS: Please do not use these outside of XPS, as I will likely be making it for Mass Effect mods myself. If you wish to use it for something you must get permission from me.
Obviously similar ideas are likely to happen but if wanting to directly use anything I've made I hope for credit and being asked about it. If you see this and get inspired, I'd like maybe to be asked if I have plans making it myself for a Mass Effect Mod or credit inspiration with link back to here.
Permissions within XPS I would just appreciate the credit for putting things together and working on the model. As well as not being uploaded anywhere else if something I put together and not just a straight up vanilla port. Thank you
